Satellite TV and free internet connection are available at the B&B Reception.

Small and medium sized pets are admitted. Please inform us when you make a reservation. The dogs and/or cats fees vary according to their size and diet.

Children under 6 years old are free in our b&b.

Traditional Italian breakfast included: The or Milk and Coffee, biscuits, croissants and fruit juice. Buffet breakfast: + € 5,00/person.

Daily housekeeping service  + € 5,00 /per day. Complimentary mid-week housekeeping service and change of linen and towels, as well as upon arrival.
 
ADDITIONAL HEATING CHARGE (from 1st October through 30th April) + € 5,00 /day.
The swimming pool is open from 1st May through 31st October. Additional Heating Charge from 1st November through 31st March.
 

The reservation is valid only after our written confirmation and on receipt of a deposit equal to 50% of the total amount. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be refunded only upon receipt of a written request at least a week prior to the arrival.

*High Season: july, August, Easter, Christmas holidays (from 24th December through 6th January).
**Low Season: the rest of the year.
